My Contacts View All
The FIRST contact that should always be displayed is the [admin] contact which displays the headers for the columns in the view-all format. The next contact will be the first contact example. This contact should be setup as an example so that you can quickly reference how to name the fields and labels. You must check all the boxes in the categories so that the [admin] contact will be at the top of every view no matter which category you click on.
You and management must have a uniform way of documenting and reviewing your interactions with a contact. For this reason you will create and manage the notes section of a google contact in the following manner.
Each time that you connect with a contact you should go to the note section of the contact and list the date, then your initials in brackets. 4/15/16 (mwr). The flow of information should always be newest information or data on top and as you read down we see what activities occurred in time.
