Explain to the paralegal that answers the phone that you wish to enroll into their program and that you are affiliated with the We Help Foundation. Give the above listed affiliate ID to Lexington Law.

Lexington Law will give you several options when it comes to disputing or challenging items from your profile with TransUnion & EquiFax.

(1) Not Mine:
In this challenge approach, you are instructing the paralegal to tell the credit bureau that this item is not yours or is reporting incorrectly and therefore is not yours. The credit bureau will notify the creditor to verify and prove that the debt is owed by you to them. If they are unable to provide proof, the item will be removed from your profile. (2) Never Late: In this challenge approach, you are instructing the paralegal to tell the credit bureau that this item that is reporting late, was never late and is therefore reporting incorrectly. The credit bureau will notify the creditor to verify and prove that the item was actually. If they are unable to provide proof, the item will be removed from your profile. (3) Item Verify: In this challenge approach, you are instructing the paralegal to tell the credit bureau to verify whether it is yours or not. The credit bureau will notify the creditor to verify and prove that the debt is owed by you to them. If they are unable to provide proof, the item will be removed from your profile. |

Guidelines & Policies
- You MUST provide your credentials to us so that we can help you navigate the process with Lexington. Immediately upon recieving your login credentials, email/text your Advisor this information right away.
- It is your responsibility to stay on top of your credit profile. This could mean several things when dealing with Lexington Law. From how to challenge an item to uploading responses from your creditors. If at any point in the process you get confused, frustrated or feel like you're not making progress - CONTACT US SO THAT WE CAN HELP. If we discover months later (after-the-fact), that you were having issues with the process, this will be on you.
- As items are being removed, you must contact us and let us know so that we can closely monitor the progress with you.
- You must upload all responses you receive from creditors or the bureaus within a few days of receiving them. If you need help with this process, contact us.
