We have a 3 year plan to financial freedom. "THE PRICE" To succeed in this plan, you will have to face & conquer four major enemies. ENEMY #1: Rejection Some will some won't, so what, next. It's all about the percentages. You see, many of the contacts you make will reject us and what we have to offer them. Are they rejecting you? No. They are rejecting the benefits of our program. Let them know that. For many, it simply is not the right time for them. Don't be afraid to let them push back. But, don't push them away prematurely and support their uneducated rejection. ENEMY #2: Deception Almost all of the people you speak with about our programs will say they want our help. The truth is that 90% or more of them do need our program. They just don't know it. They will deceive you cause they don't know any better. They are programmed to be negative, skeptical and self-destructive. Only you can over-come their insanity and get them to the plate. Knowing what to say and when will make a huge difference. |

ENEMY #3: Apathy
It will take work to keep your pipeline of contacts motivated. Most people get bogged down in life and find it hard to stay interested in things that others often find exciting, like home ownership. At every opportunity or engagement you MUST include their goals and get them excited all over and over and over again. If you forget to do this, they will lose interest.
ENEMY #4: Attrition
You will received hundreds of thousands of calls. The numbers are in your favor. Or at least they can be. You will have leads thrown at you left and right. Some on our team will internalize the training on "generating-referrals" and their numbers will skyrocket. If you don't master this one skill and activity, you'll never be able to keep up with the law of attrition.
Look at it this way. If 1 out of 10 contacts turn into income for you, and all you do is wait for 10 contacts a week, then that's all you get and if you miss one week, your pay drops. However, if you take the other 9 contacts that we all know won't enroll, and you get 10 referrals from each of them that 90 more contacts! You just increased your income by 900%

There once was this successful marketing & sales person. This person was one of the most successful producers for an 8 billion a year direct sales organization. Some years ago, 20/20 did a feature story on this company. They spent 19 minutes interviewing whiners and complainers - several employees who were making just enough money to stay employed.
During the last minute of the show, they interviewed this successful sales person. He was asked, "something must be obviously working for you. What's your secret?" He replied, "There is no secret. I simply figured out what to say, when to say it and worked through the numbers knowing that the more "no's" that I got the more "yes's" I would get". He continued, "I wake up every day with excitement and passion for our company's products and services, knowing that I'm going to help enrich others."
Here's the lesson: Your success is directly related to the degree to which you are willing to work through the numbers.
It's easier when you know the odds up front.
But here's the catch: You have your own set of odds and you won't know what they are until AFTER YOU'VE SUCCEEDED.
If it's going to happen, it's only because you make it happen. You can always give up, that's easy. But, nobody becomes successful by quitting. Are you willing to work through your own numbers? The choice is yours.
